Terms of Use
These terms cover itantric.com, iTantric on iPhone, iTantric for iPad, and iTantric on Android. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Entertainment
The readings are for entertainment and general interest. Numerology is a traditional way of reading a date. A reading is not a promise, and you decide what to do with it.
2. Not professional advice
The apps do not give medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. A yoga pose, a meditation, or a chant is a general practice suggestion, not a treatment. Ask a qualified professional about a health, legal, or money question.
3. Age
You should be at least 13. If you are under 18, use the apps with a parent or guardian.
4. Profiles
What you type stays on your device. You are responsible for the date you enter, and for having permission to enter someone else’s name and date.
5. Stores
The iPhone and iPad apps are also subject to Apple’s terms. Apple is not responsible for the apps. The Android app is also subject to Google Play’s terms. Google is not responsible for the app. The price you pay is the price shown by that store before you buy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the apps for anything unlawful
- Do not copy or reverse engineer them except where the law allows
- Do not present a reading as a guaranteed result or as professional advice
7. Disclaimer
THE APPS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limit of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, Agni Systems & Dev., Inc. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS OR THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25).
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where another law must apply.
